Laura Fix, MSW
Laura is a Project Manager working on a range of projects at Ibis including reproductive health care access in the US military, telemedicine for medication abortion provision, and the Later Abortion Initiative. She previously served as a clinical social worker in medical and community mental health settings and has worked on research projects investigating US health care policy trends and mental illness among adolescents. She is an alumna of the Reproductive Rights Activist Service Corps and a former legal assistant to the ACLU Reproductive Freedom Project. Laura holds a Master of Social Work from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Women and Gender Studies from CUNY Hunter College.
