October 12, 2014 – We are proud to announce that Kate Grindlay, Senior Project Manager, received third place in the poster abstract category at the 2014 North American Forum on Family Planning for her research titled, “Unintended pregnancy among active-duty women in the US military, 2011.” Ibis’s research has found that the rate of unintended pregnancy in the military is higher than that for the general US population; if you would like to learn more about this and our other work on reproductive health access for women in the US military, click here
