Allison started at Ibis as an intern and joined the staff in 2026 to support the Midwest Abortion Pathways Study (MAPS) and the Misoprostol-Only Regimen Evidence (MORE) Study. Before Ibis, she contributed to qualitative research at the intersection of bioethics and public health and policy at the Ohio Policy Evaluation Network (OPEN), examining how pre-abortion communications with health care providers impacted abortion access for people in Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia. Alongside research, she has volunteered as a crisis responder for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault in Southeastern Michigan and has worked at a mobile fertility clinic as a clinical assistant. She is an aspiring clinician who hopes to advance reproductive justice through person-centered care, community-engaged research, and evidence-based policy. Allison holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Michigan with a minor in Philosophy.
