Chloe started at Ibis in September 2026 as the Finance and Administration Coordinator, where she supports the finance, human resources, and IT efforts of the organization. Before joining Ibis, Chloe acted as the Membership and Programs Specialist at the Women's Bar Association of Massachusetts. In this role, she helped women in the legal field broaden their networks and form community with fellow attorneys. Chloe has a longtime passion for social justice and intersectional feminism, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Classics from Connecticut College. Outside of her work, Chloe enjoys crocheting, reading manga, and spending time with her pet bunny, Jude.
